Rare skin cancer
Contain both bcc and scc
Aggressive local growth pattern & clinical behaviour
Increased potential for recurrence and metastasis

Local recurrence may be 12-45% after WLE
Mohs surgery - RR 4-9%

Mets rate 5-8.4%

Query pluripotent cell in basal layer

Ber-Ep4 =bcc
EMA=scc

Contains both elements with a transition zone
Not collision when 2 separate areas but no transition zone linking the 2
