"Bloke" in chip shop saved my sight

As a Mohs surgeon, I remove many cancers around the eyes.
I excised a basal cell carcinoma (BCC) from Mr. John Burns after he’d had a chance meeting with a Doctor in a fish and chip shop and the Doctor had recommended he have his lesion attended to.

Once the cancer had been removed and the missing skin repaired, Mr. Burns asked the media to track down the Good Samaritan Doctor. This was widely reported;
