She will help to book you an appointment. She will inform you of self pay fees and on how to approach your insurer for preauthorisation. Please leave your full name and mobile number and Mel will call you back if she is away from her phone.

A GP letter is preferable but I appreciate this sometimes creates extra work for your GP and difficulties for you in getting the letter. I do see patients without referral letters.

Your consultation will be to see me personally and any surgery required is performed by me.
